The Juvenile Restitution program is designed to provide a process where by a juvenile who has been adjudicated delinquent by a Juvenile Court Judge for having committed property damage, personal injury, or other related offenses makes a monetary or service payment to the victim(s) of his/her crimes of the community in general in an attempt to “make whole” the victim and “pay his/her debt to society.”
